Qualification:
- Bachelor of Technology/Engineering(Civil)
Responsibilities:
- Supervise site fit-out activities including joinery, gypsum, flooring, ceilings, and MEP coordination.
- Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and authority requirements.
- Coordinate with consultants, designers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Resolve technical conflicts on-site.
- Prepare work programs and monitor project timelines.
- Review material submittals and coordinate procurement.
- Conduct inspections and ensure QA/QC compliance.
- Monitor project costs and evaluate subcontractor progress.
- Ensure adherence to health and safety standards.
- Prepare progress reports and update management on project status.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in interior fit-out projects.
- Strong knowledge of joinery, gypsum, finishing materials, and MEP coordination.
- Ability to read and interpret drawings and BOQs.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
